Hi, I’m Benjamin—currently a fourth-year Civil Engineering student at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. After working in a variety of retail and supermarket settings, I founded Birds Eye Solutions to help businesses modernize their operations, update aging floor plans, and implement tools that improve both backroom efficiency and the overall customer experience. I use various software to produce these tools tailored to every store.
Over the past year, I’ve collaborated with a major sports retailer to redesign store layouts, streamline inventory storage, create customer-facing signage, design promotional materials, and develop Excel tools to surface unused merchandise for displays. I’m passionate about delivering practical, creative solutions and bringing a fresh perspective to the everyday challenges businesses face.
